PIX-X'set® Wrap Construction V-Belts
PIX-X'set® is the classic PIX wrap-construction V-belt range, built for reliable general-purpose power transmission across Classical, Wedge, Narrow and Light-duty sections. A wear-resistant rubberized fabric cover, high-tenacity rubber cushion and polyester tensile cord give the belt free-set flexibility, anti-static performance and oil and heat resistance across a wide -30°C to +80°C operating range. Supplied by Pankaj Enterprises as part of the genuine PIX range.
Product Description
PIX-X'set® wrap construction V-belts are the workhorse of the PIX industrial belt range, engineered for dependable power transmission on drives ranging from small household appliances to heavy rolling mills. The belt's rubberized, blended-fabric cover is wear-resistant and free-set, while a high-tenacity rubber cushion matrix and polyester cord tensile member keep elongation low and running life long.
The range spans Classical (Z, A, B, 20, C, 25, D, E), Wedge (SPZ, SPA, SPB, 19, SPC), Narrow (3V, 5V, 8V) and Light-duty (3L, 4L, 5L) sections, so a single family of belts can be specified across almost any industrial drive. Every belt is anti-static, oil-resistant and heat-resistant, rated for continuous use between -30°C and +80°C, and manufactured to IS 2494, BS 3790, ISO 4184, DIN 2215-1975, RMA IP-22 and DIN 7753 reference standards. Intermediate sizes and aramid-cord construction are available on request.
