PIX-TERMINATOR®-HXS Heavy-duty, Aramid-corded Banded Wrap Belts
PIX-TERMINATOR®-HXS is a heavy-duty banded wrap belt built with a high tensile-strength aramid cord for extreme, high-shock applications such as crushers, mills, screens and mining and forestry equipment. A specially-treated outer cover reduces sidewall wear and improves flexibility, while the top curvature profile speeds up heat dissipation for reliable running under sustained load. Supplied by Pankaj Enterprises as part of the genuine PIX range.
Product Description
PIX-TERMINATOR®-HXS belts were engineered for the toughest power-transmission drives in mining, construction, forestry and heavy manufacturing — applications where sudden start/stop cycles create high shock loads that quickly fatigue conventional belts. In place of a standard polyester cord, TERMINATOR-HXS uses a specially engineered high tensile-strength aramid cord for excellent strength and negligible belt elongation over its service life.
A heavy-duty, special-woven CR rubberized cover resists sidewall wear and improves flexibility, and highly controlled radial and lateral run-out keeps the drive running smoothly even under fluctuating load. The banded construction is available in HB, HC, HSPA, HSPB, HSPC, H3V, H5V, H8V and HA sections, manufactured to BS 3790, ISO 5290 and RMA IP-22 reference standards.
