PIX-X'act®-HTD Timing Belts
PIX-X'act®-HTD High Torque Drive Timing Belts feature a deep, curvilinear tooth profile engineered to carry substantially higher torque and loads than classical or STD profiles, for reliable performance in heavy-duty synchronous drives.
Product Description
PIX-X'act®-HTD Timing Belts use a deep curvilinear High Torque Drive tooth form that distributes load over a larger tooth area than classical or STD profiles, enabling the belt to transmit higher torque at reduced pulley diameters with minimal slippage.
Construction combines a wear-resistant, fibre-filled CR elastomer compound, fibreglass tensile cord and a nylon fabric tooth facing. PIX manufactures the HTD range in 2M, 3M, 5M, 8M and 14M pitches, referencing ISO 13050, ISO 5294 and ISO 5296, rated for -25°C to +100°C.
