PIX-X'act®-STD Timing Belts
PIX-X'act®-STD Timing Belts use a curvilinear Super Torque Drive tooth profile designed for higher power density than classical timing belts, giving precise, positive-drive performance in compact, standard-duty industrial drives.
Product Description
PIX-X'act®-STD Timing Belts are built on a curvilinear Super Torque Drive (STD) tooth form that gives a larger tooth root and higher shear strength than classical profiles, allowing more compact drive layouts to carry higher loads without slippage.
The belt uses a wear-resistant, fibre-filled CR elastomer compound reinforced with fibreglass tensile cord and a nylon fabric tooth facing. PIX manufactures the STD range in S2M, S3M, S5M, S8M and S14M pitches, referencing ISO 13050, ISO 5294 and ISO 5296, and rated for -25°C to +100°C.
