PIX-TorquePlus®-XT2 High-Power Timing Belts
PIX-TorquePlus®-XT2 High-Power Timing Belts are engineered to transmit significantly higher power than standard timing belt sections, with anti-static, oil-resistant and heat-resistant properties for demanding synchronous drive applications.
Product Description
PIX-TorquePlus®-XT2 belts are a high-power derivative of the HTD/STD timing belt family, purpose-built to transmit higher torque and horsepower per unit width than conventional timing belt sections, reducing the number of belts or the width needed in a drive.
The belt combines a wear-resistant, fibre-filled CR elastomer compound with fibreglass tensile cord and a nylon fabric tooth facing, and is additionally anti-static, oil-resistant and heat-resistant. PIX manufactures the XT2 range in TP2-5M, TP2-8M, TP2-14M, TP2-S5M and TP2-S8M sections, referencing ISO 13050 and ISO 9563, rated for -25°C to +100°C.
