Martin® Roller Tracker™ is a return-run belt alignment system built on a crowned roller with a ribbed lagging of durable polyurethane in place of older single-piece rubber lagging. The crown means the belt contacts the raised centre of the roller first; when the belt wanders off-centre, the assembly tilts to the opposite side and steers it back toward its normal path. Because the roller never contacts the belt edge, there is no fraying, and the design tracks reliably on both single-direction and reversing belts. The ribbed polyurethane lagging covers the full belt width with less surface contact than smooth rubber lagging, reducing wear while still training the belt back to centre. Used for:
