Martin® High Speed Impact Cradle is a belt support system engineered for transfer points where belt speeds exceed the operating limits of ordinary impact bar cradles. Innovative, patent-pending upper connector brackets link the idlers together throughout the load zone so the whole assembly works as one unified structure instead of individual rolls, while an elastomer bar suspension absorbs the shock of impacting material to protect both the belt and the rolling components. Close roll spacing supports effective belt sealing under the load zone, and the design is built on Martin’s Trac-Mount™ idler system for ease of service. Used for:
