NEUMAX Safety Valves are automatic, spring-loaded pressure-relief devices built in a straight-through body pattern for direct, low-restriction discharge. Under normal operating conditions the valve disc is held firmly on its seat by a calibrated spring; the moment system pressure rises above the pre-set relief point, the spring compresses and the valve lifts to vent excess pressure, automatically reseating once pressure returns to a safe level. Designed for steam, air, gas and liquid systems, they provide a last line of defence against over-pressure damage to piping, vessels, boilers and process equipment.
