Martin® Cougar® DC Truck Vibrators are rugged and economical vibrators that improve the speed and efficiency of unloading dump trucks and other mobile equipment. A short vibration cycle breaks the surface tension between the material and the truck bed, helping wet, sticky, fibrous or even frozen loads slide out completely instead of leaving material behind. The small, lightweight units require minimal mounting space, and a weather-proof aluminum housing delivers a high output-to-weight ratio. Sealed ball bearings eliminate lubrication requirements, and models are available to match the vibratory force to the truck and typical load. Used for:
