The WLP Gear Pinion Lubricator is a lubricating-pinion style system component: an internal bearing with a network of boreholes and channels that feeds lubricant directly to the outlets on the gearwheel flanks as the pinion turns.
WLP Gear Pinion Lubricator
A lubricating pinion with an internal bearing containing a large number of boreholes, connected by internal channels to outlets (lubricating grooves) on the gearwheel, fed by tubing or hose from the lubrication system.
Product Description
The WLP lubricating pinion is fitted in place of a standard idler or support pinion on an open gear drive, so it both meshes with the girth gear and delivers lubricant to it as the drive rotates.
