The Renold REUK Series is a freewheel clutch built around a 62 Series ball bearing. It is self-centering, comes pre-filled with grease and is protected against dust ingress, making it a compact drop-in solution wherever a simple, low-maintenance overrunning or backstopping device is needed. The series is built with a C5 clearance that settles into a normal running clearance once the unit is keyed onto the shaft.

Four variants cover different mounting needs:

• REUK — inner race mounted on an n6-tolerance shaft, outer race fitted into an N6-tolerance housing
• REUKC — keyway on the inner race, fitted on k6-tolerance shafts, outer race in an N6-tolerance housing
• REUKCC — keyway on both inner and outer race; inner race on n6 shaft, outer race in an H6-tolerance housing
• REUK2RS — equipped with waterproof seals for wet or contaminated environments

Races can also be glued to the shaft and housing seat, in which case the C5 clearance is retained rather than tightening up.
