Taper Lock Poly V-Pulleys
PIX-PowerWare® Taper Lock Poly V-Pulleys are multi-ribbed pulleys fitted with a taper lock bush for quick, keyed mounting and removal without disturbing shaft alignment. Their multi-groove profile matches PIX Poly-V Belts for compact, high-power, low-vibration drives.
Product Description
To fulfil its commitment of providing a complete power-transmission solution, PIX has added the PIX-PowerWare® range of V-belt and Poly-V pulleys and bushes alongside its Belt programme. This lets customers source a matched pulley, bush and Belt from the same manufacturer, eliminating the risk of mismatch between components.
PIX-PowerWare® Taper Lock Poly V-Pulleys use a taper lock bush for the hub, so the same pulley can be bored and keyed to fit a range of shaft diameters, and can be fitted or removed quickly without pressing or heating. The multi-ribbed groove profile is precision-machined for accurate Belt engagement and even load distribution across all ribs.
