PIX-FORCE® Automotive Series Belts
PIX-FORCE® Automotive Series Belts are single-strand, raw-edge cogged (REC) automotive belts built in an EPDM compound for uniform power transmission and long service life across engine accessory drives.
Product Description
PIX-FORCE® Automotive Series Belts are single-strand, moulded raw-edge cogged belts engineered for automotive accessory drives — alternators, compressors, water pumps, fans and power-steering pumps. The cogged profile improves flexibility and heat dissipation, allowing the belt to run on smaller pulley diameters typical of modern engine bays.
Construction uses a wear-resistant, EPDM-rubberized blended fabric cover, EPDM rubber cushion and compression compound, and a polyester tensile cord, giving the belt anti-static, oil-resistant and heat-resistant properties across a wide -45°C to +120°C temperature range. PIX manufactures the range in RCP and RECPF sections.
