Product Description
The MECO PSI 2016 is a simple, rugged instrument used to verify 3 phase sequence before connecting motors, generators or other rotating equipment to a supply, helping to prevent damage from incorrect phase rotation. It gives clear LED and buzzer indication for correct phase sequence, reverse phase and open phase conditions, and detects phase presence from as low as 100V AC (Ph-Ph) across a 100 to 600V AC range.
The PSI 2016 requires no battery, making it always ready to use and eliminating the risk of a flat battery on site. It connects via coloured test probes with heavy-duty insulated crocodile clips for the R, Y and B phase connections, and is supplied with a carrying case for safe storage and transport.
