Both models offer auto ranging, data storing memory, data hold, noise signal detection and a continuity loop test, with calibration verifiable using the supplied resistance verification plate. The 4680SLC adds leakage current measurement from 0.5mA to 20.00A, making it suited to installations where both ground resistance and leakage current need to be checked with a single instrument.
