The MECO CCT series of clamp-on current transformers is designed for fast, tool-free installation on live circuits. The CCT 602 uses a Permalloy magnetic or silicon steel core, giving small size, high precision, good stability and strong anti-interference performance. It provides a standard AC current output suitable for conveniently measuring single-phase or three-phase circuits, with good stability and low phase-angle error — ideal for power and energy measurement, monitoring and control applications.

Because the sensor simply clamps around the conductor, a variety of electrical parameters can be measured without removing or disconnecting cables. The standard output lead length is 2 metres; custom output and lead lengths are also available.
