Loctite PC 7226 — Pneu Wear 10 KG
A two-part, ceramic bead-filled epoxy wear protection coating from the Loctite Nordbak range, also known as Loctite Nordbak Pneu-Wear, used to protect processing equipment from fine particle abrasion, with or without chemical attack. Supplied by Pankaj Enterprises as part of the genuine Loctite range.
Product Description
Loctite PC 7226 Pneu Wear, known globally as Loctite Nordbak Pneu-Wear, is a two-part, trowelable, ceramic bead-filled epoxy-based coating designed to provide processing equipment with a protective surface against fine particle abrasion, with or without chemical attack. It is a room-temperature curing epoxy that can be applied on overhead and vertical surfaces without sagging. Used for:
- Resurfacing and repairing worn or corroded metal parts
- Protecting metal surfaces against fine particle abrasion, chemicals and corrosive agents
- Renewing worn equipment surfaces quickly to reduce downtime
- Wear protection on chutes, ducts, elbows, transitions, pumps, fans, hoppers and cyclones
Mix Ratio (Resin : Hardener) 4:1 by weight/volume. Application temperature 15°C to 40°C (59°F to 104°F). Service temperature -30°C to +120°C (-22°F to +248°F).
