Klübersynth GEM 4-320 N LWC is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology based on synthetic hydrocarbons and additives. It is designed for oil-injected screw-type compressors and can provide oil change intervals of long service life through excellent ageing and oxidation stability under suitable operating conditions.
Product Description
Klübersynth GEM 4-320 N LWC is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology based on a synthetic hydrocarbon blend with a special additive package. It is formulated for demanding compressor applications and is suitable for oil-injected screw-type compressors.
The oil offers low evaporation tendency, good oxidation stability and excellent water demulsibility. Under suitable operating conditions, oil change intervals of long service life through excellent ageing and oxidation stability can be achieved, helping reduce maintenance and operating costs.
Klüber Summit SH oils can be mixed with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, but are not miscible with polyglycol-based oils. The formulation also supports long service life of oil filters, activated carbon filters and oil separators.
