Klüberfluid® C-F 3 Ultra – 180kg
Klüberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is an adhesive, operational open-gear lubricant developed specifically for medium-size to large girth gear drives. Based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil, it provides good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and reliable protection against wear at component temperatures up to 120°C. Supplied by Pankaj Enterprises in a 180 kg drum as part of the genuine Klüber Lubrication range.
Product Description
Klüberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is a lubricant of a new generation, developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It can be applied by immersion, paddle wheel, circulation or spray lubrication, with application not restricted by gear size or power rating — though a peripheral speed of 10.0 m/s should not be exceeded. When applied by immersion, the lubricant is directly transferred to the tooth flanks, and it can also be force-pumped using the Klübermatic PA circulation lubrication system. The lubricant film on the tooth flanks can be made visible with a UV lamp of at least 366 nm.
Klüberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is free from bitumen, solvents, heavy metals, chlorine and solid particles, and meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D-2. Available in the following pack sizes:
- Bucket 25 kg
- Bucket 50 kg
- Drum 180 kg
Texture – homogeneous. Colour – brown. Density at 20°C – approx. 0.92 g/cm³. Base Oil – synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil.
