SYNTHESO HT 1000 is a synthetic long-term and high-temperature oil based on polyglycols and additives. It is designed for oil-injected screw-type gear and bearings and can provide oil change intervals of up to 10,000 operating hours under suitable operating conditions.
Product Description
SYNTHESO HT 1000 is a synthetic long-term and high-temperature oil based on a polyglycol blend with a special additive package. It is formulated for demanding gear and bearing applications and is suitable for oil-injected screw-type gear and bearings.
The oil offers low evaporation tendency, good oxidation stability and excellent water demulsibility. Under suitable operating conditions, oil change intervals of up to 10,000 operating hours can be achieved, helping reduce maintenance and operating costs.
Klüber Summit SH oils can be mixed with mineral oils and polyglycol oils, but are not miscible with polyglycol-based oils. The formulation also supports long service life of oil filters, activated carbon filters and oil separators.
