Klüber GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil, aluminium stearate thickener and fine graphite solid lubricants. It reduces surface roughness and improves tooth flank quality.
Product Description
Klüber GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA is a sprayable running-in lubricant for open drives. It has a mineral base oil, aluminium stearate thickener and fine graphite solid lubricants. The product is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and chlorine-containing raw materials.
It is designed to reduce surface roughness and improve tooth flank quality, contributing to longer drive service life and reduced maintenance costs. It can also be used for corrective lubrication where tooth flanks are damaged.
GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA is especially developed for specific running-in of open gears in rotary kilns, tube mills and line blenders used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries.
